 What is your policy on returns? Return Policy 1. If we have sent you the wrong part (we try not to but sometimes it happens) then you can return it for the correct one or a refund. We will refund shipping on an item we have sent incorrectly. We will ship a replacement as soon as we receive the incorrect item back. If you cannot wait for this, we will charge and ship the new item, then refund the incorrect item as soon as we receive it. 2. If you order a part and decide you don't want it, then you can still return it, subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will not receive a refund on any shipping, handling or COD fees. You will receive a refund on the cost of the item(s) returned, less the restocking fee. If you have damaged the item, or it is damaged from poor return shipping, then we will not accept the item. 3. Used or As-Is Parts, Tires which have been mounted, Books & Manuals, Tools, Special Orders and Electrical Parts (rectifiers, regulators, coils, bulbs, flashers, fuses, etc.) are not refundable. 4. Returns must be received within 15 days of the shipment date. An RMA must be obtained for each part to be returned. 5. All book sales are FINAL.
